Just to let you know that Council Minutes from 2003 onwards are available via the council website.
Council has a requirement to keep 30 years of minutes on site. These can be easily accessed by contacting Neil McDermott during office hours on extension 9250. He is happy to assist any members of the general public. A FOI release form is not required.
Minutes older than 30 years can be accessed via CSU Archives which is located in the Blakemore Building on South Campus, open Mon - Fri 9 - 5. Phone: 6925 3666.
Whilst the library is not required to keep minutes, we do have a significant range of minutes from 1973 - 2000 located on the shelves behind stack. This collection is incomplete but may be accessed by library members and visitors to the library.
